What people want pinned down first.

What does unlimited actually mean?

On Design Pro and Design Studio the queue is unlimited and the throughput is not. Add as many requests as you like and we work through two at a time. Design Lite caps the queue at 20 and runs one at a time, which is what makes it cheaper. Anyone promising unlimited throughput for a flat fee is either queueing you anyway or generating the work.

What counts as one request?

One deliverable with one brief. A landing page is a request. A set of social posts for one campaign is a request. A five-page site section is five, and we tell you the split before starting rather than after.

How many rounds of revisions?

Revisions are part of the request, not a separate one. We keep going until it is right. The only thing that slows this down is waiting on your feedback, which holds up the queue behind it.

Can I pause?

Yes. If a quiet month is coming, pause and pick it back up when the work returns. Your brand knowledge does not reset, so restarting costs you nothing.
