Is S$599 genuinely the whole price?
For three pages, yes. Extra pages are S$100 each and we agree those before any work starts. Domain and hosting are billed by the provider at cost, never marked up by us.
What happens after it launches?
Nothing, unless you want it. Hosting and care is a separate plan from S$299/year and plenty of clients handle their own edits and never take it. You will not be enrolled in anything on the call.
Who owns it?
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the files, and the style guide. If you walk away tomorrow you take all of it with you.
