Before you move

What if the host is not the problem?
Then moving will not help much and we will say so. Plenty of slow sites are slow because of a heavy theme or twenty plugins, not the server. The test above tells you which, and so will we.
What counts as a content edit?
Swapping text, updating an image, adding a team member, changing opening hours, publishing a post you have written. New page layouts and new features are design work, which is a retainer rather than a care plan.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take the site with you. We hand over a full backup and help your next host get it running. The domain is in your name the whole time, so there is nothing for us to hold onto.
